My name is Hugo. I’m a Supply Chain Professional in the Oil and Gas industry, with an interest in Game Theory, and Writing.

Over the years, I’ve picked up book after book on Business, Literature, Strategy, War, Psychology, Politics, etc. and I’ve found that behavior can be explained in terms of self interest, that the world can be described as an endless game of infinite moves and counter moves, and that most people have a very limited view of the world encompassing only of what immediately surrounds them.

I’ve made it my mission to try to explain the concepts I’ve come across through this website, but more important than everything I’ve learned, is how it all applies to other fields to provide a bit more insight to the daily struggles and issues we face.

Education wise, I hold a B.B.A. in Supply Chain Management from the University of Houston, with Certificates in Strategic Sourcing, and Energy Supply management, along with a plethora of extracurricular certificates and courses focusing on Project Management, Logistics, Technology, and Best Business Practices.

As a way to give back to my local community, I’m known to teach a few technology classes at the local Literacy Advance of Houston, I make an effort to participate in local fundraising events, and I volunteer to help whenever time allows.

My experiences in Education, Energy, and Technology, have provided me with exposure to many different cultures, and viewpoints that I carry with me into all future endeavors.

I’m writing a book in the topic of Transportation Logistics, that I’ll be releasing soon, this book is on final edits.

The next major project after that will be a book on the topics of how use Game Theory in the context of Supply Chain decisions. This project is outlined, and started, pending more research to provide examples and support my theories.

As a current pet project, I have a completed fictional novel written, and unpublished that I hope to publish after some final major edits.

In the future, I hope to continue advancing on up the corporate ladder, having a few published works, and become a thought leader in the areas of Supply Chain and Game Theory.

While I’ve been studying and working hard in these fields for a while now, this is my first attempt at making any of these public, hopefully they may help advance these fields of thought far enough to make a difference in people’s lives.
